I just ejaculated and saw the "stuff" during masturbating for the first time. I was pretty shocked to see white fluid come out (I'm a guy). So my question is, does it do anything bad? Is it bad if I accidentally touched it? I know, a bit awkward to ask over the internet, but I'm pretty startled at the moment.

I'm guessing that #1 you are a really young guy with nobody around who has bothered to talk to you about s*x or #2 you are just allowing people to get easy points by asking silly/stupid questions.

In the event it is #1:

The "white fluid" is your ejaculate...the stuff sperm live in. Sperm are what help to fertilize an egg (in a woman)...don't try to go have baby chickens or anything. A fertilized egg will mean that the woman is now pregnant. You obviously aren't old enough for this type of responsibility if you don't know the answers to your own questions so please for the love of Pete and Mary...wear a condom if you ever have s*x.

That fluid is called s***n. In the white fluid there are millions of little microscopic sperm that have the ability to get a woman pregnant if ejaculated inside of her v****a. It doesn't do anything bad. It isn't bad if you touch it. Mostly, it is water based. It can't hurt you. Most likely this will happen every time you m********e and is very normal and healthy.
