First time doing track, what should I bring/wear to practice?

I'm 15 and starting track this summer for my first time. What should I bring and wear to practice? Also what should I expect during practice? (it's not school related, it's my city's sports association) Thank you!

  1. Don't forget your jock strap.


  2. bring:

    water

    running shoes

    light energy bar or snack

    spikes

    wristwatch with a timer

    and any type of waiver form that you needed filled out before you go to practice

    wear:

    a shirt and shorts

    make sure they are loose

    bring a windbreaker or sweats if necesary

    it depends on what' you're running, so expect lots of strenuous activity.

  3. bring lots of money and weapons.......oh wait i thought u said first time trying crack

  4. wear shorts and a t-shirt. get a good pair of running shoes.  you may want to bring a bag with a waterbottle and a sweatshirt and sweatpants, in case you get thirsty or cold.  

    be prepared to sweat and work hard!  good luck!
