  1. Ok, you have a lot of questions, but I'll try to answer them all.

It's kind of hard to look really cute while still playing hockey.  But it's not like it really matters much; during practice you are just surrounded by your own teammates who all are working out and probably don't look cute either.

Personally, I don't pay attention to stereotypes, but it might help you lose that stereotype.

I highly doubt you'll be captain your first year, but maybe after years of working.  I'm the captain of my team, but I've been playing for over five years.

There are no immediate ways to get in shape, but just go running and practice your stick skills at home.

Look, if you're working out a lot, of course you will sweat.  Deodorant will help a little, but you're going to sweat no matter what.

I don't really know how to get guys to notice you, because I play for myself, not for guys to notice me.

  2. Lets see, you are just starting to play, want to be captain, don't perspire, and want to smile to boys on the side lines while scoring tons of goals. Sorry kid it doesn't happen that way.  It takes years to be good at anything FH included. Work your tail off, don't complain, being dedicated to the sport will keep you in shape which will also keep the boys on the sidelines.

  3. Wear a short skirt.
