  1. There are so many rabbits at shelters I know you have one picked out but I would look into getting one there instead. So many people get their kids rabbits for easter and it's so sad seeing all the perfect rabbits just sitting..and being put to sleep.

Also the shelters spay/neuter the rabbit for free. It cost $200 to do the operation without the shelter.

If you are getting a boy I would be very cautious. And even if the breeder said girl he could be wrong. (This happened to me, because they are still so young it's hard to tell...and it was a holland lop.)

My un-neutered boy rabbits like to spray their urine everywhere...and they tend to poo everywhere too. They are so much harder to litter train because of their hormones as well.

My holland lop is an 'otter' he is very adorable. He name WAS Daffodil but it had to be changed to Danni....

My myspace is www.myspace.com/ferretx if you'd like to see pictures of them all.

    Also with feeding,

My rabbit Oreo's body HATES Lettice. She will have diarrhea. My rabbits like, Bananas, Carrots, and apples. I would also buy a rabbit book. I have one and it's helped me a lot! It can tell you a lot about your bunnie and you will always have it. :D

Rabbits cannot throw up so make sure they do not ingest 2 much of their fur. They love grass and I have an outdoor pen I made and it's awesome and very handy to have. :D
