Im trying to find a guitar for a little boy, around the age of ten.

just for beginning lessons, something that could stand well if not taken care of, so kind of cheap ;) if you know what i mean lol, but still quality.

if you can also tell me the price range?

ps. acoustic.

  1. You are better of going to a nearby music store and working it out with one of the sales representatives there. Instead of looking out for a particular brand, explain to them what you wish to use it for and how much you want to spend and they would point you in the right direction.

For a basic acoustic guitar you can pay anywhere between $50 and $150 so it all depends on what you are willing to spend. My first guitar cost around $70 and gathered dust for three years before i even started using it and since then received a thrashing! It still works though!

Personally I recommed a Gibson or Fender copy (a cheap imitation of an excellant guitar) for a starter point.

    Hope that helps!

  2. Hi Acc

Here is a link to a very good playing , good sounding and very good action as well as the finish. It is slightly smaller and sells for $99 and up. Here is the link and I strongly recommend this guitar. We evaluated some for a music school and it got 10/10 rating.

  3. epiphone is made by gibson and would stand up well if he took decent care or it. with any guitar you will need to take care of it no matter what.
