  1. Great Place! Come and Visit us in Marinduque Island.www.clubcagpo.tk

  2. Palawan is the place to be!

Adventure and relaxation all at one place! Dive, hike and swim. Pamper yourselves with a massage! Many things to do there.

  3. If you like loud and boistrious , try Cebu or Manila . The malls are all very loud with different loud "music" blaring out of each one . Many times I have been to the malls and forgot why I went there due to the blaring noises . Filipino's do not understand that foreigners do not like loud noises and therefore may not spend money at the loud shops ; or ride jeepney's that have the big speakers blaring .

  4. If  want shopping, visit SM department stores, Glorietta, Trinoma or Gateway in Cubao. They have everything that you need. Goods are generally cheaper in the Philippines than in Hongkong (except those made in China).

If you want cheap but good quality jewelries, you can buy them second hand in pawnshops like Cordero Pawnshop in Cubao.

If you like the beach, visit Boracay island or Palawan.

If you like hot springs, visit the resorts in Laguna.

If you want the night life, visit the bars in Remedios, Malate.

  5. I should recommend that you and yuor boyfriend should explore the entire archipelago for each place has a beauty and charm of its own. But since you'd only be staying for a week, these places are the most attractive ones...

    hope that helped.

    See you next year!

  6. Davao is cheap and relatively friendly but ones there you are kind of stuck to the south. Maybe you can make a few quick trips from Manila. Stay cheap in Malate and than take one trip to Mindoro and one to the mountains, Sagada, Banaue. You can do both places by bus.

Carinderia's are cheap and i think healthy. I've been eating there for years on my spoiled western stomach and i never got sick even ones.

  7. July. Wet month. Not a good time to visit the beaches (and other places ) in Luzon and Visayas. Try Mindanao. A Davao-General Santos-Lake Sebu itinerary can easily fit into your 6-day schedule. Davao for its beaches (e.g. Samal, Pearl Farm); Gensan for the Tuna and other seafoods. Lake Sebu for the mountain lake itself, the 7 Falls and the Tilapia dishes. All food (including beers) are very cheap!!! Make Davao your base (stay at Lispher Inn or Crown Regency) and jump to other destinations from there.

  8. I'm from the Philippines. You can buy stuff in the Philippines CHEAP. Go to Bohol, Philippines and you'll see  PARADISE in our country:)

  9. try bohol and camiguin!! its paradise! You can go to cebu and take the fastcraft to bohol. Its like boracay but not too commercialized and affordable. Many foreigners though. In Bohol you can go Island hopping, whale watching, snorkeling and go on a tour for only p2,000($45) for the whole day. You gotta go to Panglao island in bohol its really nice. Thats where you do your touring and island hopping. I stayed in Bohol Dive resort Panglao island Alona it only cost me $36 a night for standard room with ac. From Bohol you can also take a ferry boat to Camiguin (super shuttle ferry $9.00 each oneway). From camiguin stay in Paras Resort they have all water activities there such as parasailing, banana boat, speed boat, scuba, snorkeling, jetski and its right infront of white island ( its a white sand in the middle of the water). In camiguin they have water fall, hot spring, cold spring, soda water pool, man made lagoon, sunken cemetery, mantigue island, white island, you can take a hike to the volcanoes ( they have 6 volcanoes), you can also rent a motorbike(moped) for the day for only $11 and its sooooo much fun!! Its very clean and foreigner friendly! They also have prices on the board for the cars, vans, multicabs for tours as soon as you get off the ferry boat so that when you want to rent a car you dont get ripped off :) In camiguin you can stay for 2 days and bohol 2 days and you can do soooo much. You actually can tour all the tourist spots for just those days!

Im only 28 yrs old and my husband is 29 and because we enjoyed camiguin so much we are actually planning to buy a house there hehehe. Goodluck and have fun!

  10. If your a beach type, try Palawan, there are great beaches there. And it is not crowded like Boracay. If you want real peace of mind, try to go to Batanes.

  11. boracay, but bring lots of money.
