First time in a public school! whats the deal wit style??

okay well.. im starting public school for the first time for my sophmore year and have REALLY no idea what its like, especially style. Does every1 pick a style and stay with it? and what is considered too S****y? are accessories suppossed to be on the down low? AH!!! HELP

just be yourself dress the way you what for example if you what to wear a dress and boots or a skirt suit and boots or a skirt and blouse and boots everyday go for it

Theys be making kid wear uniforms round here.  Go tos Walmart and buys them if they is poor.  Goes to mall if babies daddy stay arounds.

It's school. No one has any style. No one has any taste. Save yourself some trouble and jump off a cliff.

Public school styles are different for everyone. Generally there are your typical stereotypes that stick to their style, but people change all the time so it's a hard question to answer. Just stick with your average style, what would you usually wear? Then you see what everyone else is wearing for your own opinion on what to wear.

JUST BE YOURSELF.  I know it's high school and kids can be mean and judgemental, but it's more important to just be yourself.  Are you the type to follow or be followed?  Are you an outsider?  I always wore want I liked and wanted to.  I didn't really care if it was in style or what everyone else was wearing.  It mattered more to me if I liked what I was wearing and If I thought I looked good in it.  That's all.   Be yourself, worry less about such things, and you'll be just fine.  I was a trend setter in that I didn't follow "the crowd".  I think I was a hero for all the uncool kids. LOL

When I started high school, I came from a private school. I picked up the style very quickly and its not too hard to figure out. Wear whats comfortable to you and observe what others are wearing until you get your bearings.
