  1. You have to arch your back and lift him off the floor, then you can push him over the ball.  Don't bore or twist, and try not to collapse.  Don't be intimidated, and if he gives you a hard time, get your second row to butt him in the face.  If it comes to it, do a 99 squad call and get the b@stard off.  You can't all be red carded.

And God bless you, my child.

  2. He's going to try driving into you, it's going to be harder for him because he is stuck between two people, the best thing you can do is try moving sideways and force him to collapse you in the scrum.

  3. Get as low as you can and get under him. Though not strictly legal try scrummage in at an angle towards your hooker. It will force him up and you will drive straight through him.

  4. he weighs 23 stone, Fecking h**l

  5. Well, if he out weighs you by 55 kg you can forget about "dominating" him unless he's a complete piece of c**p.

Not knowing you, your pack, your opposition etc. I would say have your scrum half put the ball in on contact, Chanel it back fast an get out of there. Do that a bunch of times and then have your scrum half delay the put in and try to get them for pushing before the ball comes in.

I hope you have one h**l of a second row and flanker on that side to push like h**l to help overcome that much weight.

Lastly, I really hope you are playing junior rules that limit the push in the scrum.
