First tooth filling?

I'm 16 and I'm about to have my first filling .... i want to know if 16 is to young to have your first filling and will my teeth be recked by the time I'm like ... 40

yea i had my first one when i was around 6 as well, so definitely not.

and no they shouldn't be if you look after your teeth and clean them twice a day.
