  1. well I have been to like 5 warped tours so I'll do my best.

you want to show up at LEAST an hour befor the show starts, probably more like 2.

Sorry I have never met any band members, but I do know that you can buy backstage passes. and I really wouldn't bring any $$ unless you want to by T-shirts so like 20 bucks should be enough, they have venders but most of it is just c**p, also food and water are really expensive. Like 4 bucks for water, and 5 for a piece of pizza. The free stuff is easy to get the bands, and companies all set up stands, and just give stuff out, I've got a ton of stickers, and t-shirts before, last year I got like 10 monsters.

and about you parents... well I don't know how your venue works, but I have always brought a blanket, and put it down as sorta like a " home base". I would put it really far away from the speakers, and young punkers. And if I was you I would stay in the pit all day!

  2. 1. Gates open an hour before showtime, get there at that time. Otherwise the line will be LONG.

    2. Pretty much every band has their own tent where they do signings and sell merch. Look for the tents and band members throughout the days, some even take pictures with fans.

    3. If you're planning on buying lots of merch and water, $50 - $100 is reasonable. Water is mega-expensive and you're going to want LOTS of it. Band tees are usually between $10 and $20 and you're probably going to want to buy 2 or 3 and get them signed. I'm bringing about $75 this year.

    4. Yes, you can get free stuff, it just all depends. Many bands give out free CD's, and a lot of the other free stuff you win is really random, like condoms or pens, haha.

    5. Not sure about food, water is usually $4. Bring LOTS of water.

    6. Oh god, that sucks. Don't go in to the crowd, you will most likely be killed by the moshers and your parents won't be happy. If you can, only watch the bands you REALLY want to see and depending on how strict your parents are, go in to the crowd.

Have fun and good luck, especially with your parents :)

  3. This is my 1st year too, but i have been waitng for this for 4 years. so i planned alot.

    1. early!early!early!

    2. just wait around after their show.

    3. enough to eat and buy some stuff.

    so bot $30-$40.

    4. walk by the booths.

    5. where warped tour is being held where i live the drinks cost as much as they regular do. its the venues descions.

    6. my parents were the same way, just try to have fun and bring a cell phone in case they DO let you walk around by yourself.

i hope i helped. warped tour is an exciting event.

    enjoy your self.

    :]
