Question:

First years bassinet

I was given a First Years 5 in 1 Bassinet but the instruction booklet was lost. The light and the sounds work, but the vibration feature does not. The batteries are all new. Could anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong and how to fix it. Many comments about this bassinet praise the vibration to help fussy babies, so I would like to see if I can get this feature to work. Thanks
