Fish Problems?

Question

Okk so i have 2 calico fish and 3 goldfish and they have been acting very strange lately.

All 5 fish are always in 1 corner of the tank at the bottom all huddled together?

What are they doing? Why are they all huddled together? Why are they at the bottom?

Please i need answers! I dont want my fish to die..i had them for a while now..

ok i think i no what it up with the fish goldfish need to have a real big tank so if u can plz give me how many gallons ur tank is it will help

this happened to me before. sadly this is something to worry about. my fish did this and slowly started dying day after day. i started calling around pet stores and most of them asked if my tank was by a window. it was! the thing is fish tanks cant be by windows, or have the light on all day. the temp. just gets to high and moss starts to crowd the oxygen. the bottom of my tank is were the oxygen is because it is where the filter system is.

act now! i saved a couple of my fish and now they are happier then ever and one even have a bunch of babies! i hope i was help and i would suggest added a cold bottle water to the tank. just enough so they can feel the cool water!

They could be sick, afraid of some inadamet object in the aquarium, or the aquarium is not at least 100gal.  That is all the reasons I can think of other than there is something in he corner they want but can't get.

well, i hope you have a source of oxygen for the fish. if not then the fish are probably at the bottom of the tank for oxygen. if there is a structure near where they are huddling then that strengthens my first point because the structure has trapped some oxygen. make sure you give them food in a place away from where they are so they move around a little to get the food. if that doesn't work then give them food where they are. make sure nothing has changed because they could be scared as well.
