Where can I eat the best fish and chips of London, or at least where is the most famous?

I don't know about London but the best fish and chips I had in England were from a place called "Ocean's Fish and Chips" in Wolverhampton, best hands down.

Brothers in Stratford, E15 have the best fish and chips in London.

There is the Mermaid restaurant in Leicester Square which looks good, but the fish and chips are average.
