Fish help!!!!!!!!?

my brother recently bought fish from a pet store and he lost the fish food. anyways, the fish havent eaten anything in hours! is there any type of food i can give them in the meantime. bread?

any sugestions?

yes. I have fed my fish small amounts of soft foods, like peas or corn. It is actually very good for them Just be sure to break it up into smalll pieces so it doesn't choke!

p.s. This fish was a goldfish.

feed them nothing until you can get to the petstore

you're suppose to feed them 1-2 times a day and not every few hours

and that only as much as they will eat in under 5 minutes, the rest needs to be netted out

honestly you can feed fish once a day, in a new tank. In an old tank you can even feed them less. I woudln't worrie about it, just get some fish food.
