Fish with the most omega 3??? thank you!?

I'm going grocery shopping [my turn] and want to know which fish has the most omega 3? we're 3 women [82, 52, 24] so we really need it! thank you!

Ground flaxseeds has the most omega 3. Flax oil, hemp oil/seeds/milk, walnuts, and are great sources. It is best to stay away from fish they are full of mercury and guts.

Salmon is considered the most heart-healthy fish.  It can help lower your cholesterol levels.   Tuna, shark, swordfish and Spanish mackeral are 4 of the fish that have high levels of mercury, so you don't want to eat too much of them

Fish doesn't have leaves! Fish isn't a plant!  Fish is a sea animal!  Vegetarians don't eat animals.     Flax oil can replace any fish oil!  Need something fatter? Coconut Oil!

I like to combine flax oil with either coconut oil or sunflower oil!
