I have the Rainforest Peek-A-Boo Waterfall Soother for my baby. The other day, it just quit working out of the blue, and I've only had it a few months. Has this ever happend to you? What did you do about it? I didn't keep the box of anything, because I never dreamed this would happen - I mean, FisherPrice has always had a good name. Any help?

  1. Buy a new one, put the broken one in the new box, keep the new one and return the broken one.  I have used this method before when I didn't have a receipt and something new didn't work.  It is a 'no harm/no foul' situation because the broken one just goes back to the manufacturer and you have a replacement.

  2. maybe call Fisher Price and tell them about it. it's worth a shot! maybe they can give you refund. good luck! i know how frustrating this is because those aren't cheap!

  3. Do the honest thing, give Fisher Price a call. They will give you some trouble shooting tips and if they don't work they will offer you a replacement product or a voucher to purchase a new Fisher Price/Mattel product.

Doing what the last poster suggested is lazy and only cheats the retailer and they are not at fault. Besides not all product goes back to the manufacturers... much of it goes into the garbage which is not fair to the environment. If the situation had happened within the retailers return policy period it would be no harm to return but this situation is what a manufacturer's warranty is for and believe me Fisher Price is very good about standing by their products.
