Fisher price digital arts and crafts studio?

Question

I have a few questions:

1. The program freezes within 10 minutes.

2. The only way I can turn it on is if I unintall the software and then reinstall it. I tried the on/off button, but that doesn't work

I don't really know an answer but why don't you call the Fisher Price company or email them or something like that. I'm sure they have customer support.Also go back to the store where you bought this and say it is buggy. Maybe they'll give you a new one or your money back.
