Does anyone know the name of the sunglasses that lets you look into the water to see where the fish are?

They are polarized lenses.  Many brands have these.  

The reason gets into physics, but its not too complicated.  When light reflects, it changes from unpolarized to polarized, the polarized lenses will cancel out that light at certain angles.  If you still get a glare, just tilt your head and it should die down.  It works for flat panel TVs, computer screens, and laptop screens as well.  

I had a pair of polarized sunglasses for lifeguarding - the glare can get pretty bad.
