Fishing Rod and Reel for Brim, Whiting, Flathead, Trevally and some Tailor fishing?

I am looking for a good rod and reel for Brim, Whiting, Flathead, Trevally and some Tailor fishing for around $100 - $220.. I am after a spinning reel and a rod around 6' - 7.5' foot..

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Well, for that mix of fish you are not going to find any one rod.  Strange that you would list brim (bream) and trevally together, trevally are usually caught on lures the size of a bream/brim and the only place in the U.S. with a trevally fishery is Hawaii, it is a tropical indo-pacific jack.  Most folks fishing for them use special rods that can cost upwards to 1000 usd.  As for flathead ( I am assuming you mean the catfish) you would use bream/brim (I am assuming you mean the fresh water panfish) for bait. That is the most popular bait for flathead in the southeast U.S..  You typically use braided line for trevally and it will destroy any rod you used for bream/ brim or whiting.  Good luck on finding your all around rod, I do not think there is one to fit what you want.
