My Birthday is coming up and I am turning 15. I love fishing and I want to have a charter fishing boat trip with all my friends. I want to do it near me so I need beaches like Malibu, Marina Del Ray, Santa Monica, or Venice. If you know of any charters or charter websites for my needs please answer
