Fishing help!!! lead?

i think i got lead podoning from the lead fishing whaights and what are the symtoms

As others have mentioned, don't really think you've contracted lead poisoning through lead fishin' weights, unless you consumed (swallowed/eatin') them and even then I sorta' doubt' it. Would think that somethin' else is goin' ta' set in before the poisoning, like maybe one's bowel movements?

You would not have to eat lead to be poisoned by it, instead long term exposure to lead will cause it to absorbed by the body(skin) and enter the blood stream, it affects the central nerves system, if you have got it you will know about it because you will not be able to stop your hands from shaking, you can also get it by breathing in the fumes from molten lead.

You would have to eat them to have symptoms of lead poisoning. Most weights aren't made from lead anymore anyway. Most are made from tin. There are still a few out there made from lead but some states have banned them. California for instance.

did they taste good while you were chewing on them? Be careful you might pull out any fillings that you have!!

unless you ate a few weights, i doubt anythings gonna happen. your probably scaring yourself
