Fishing in Big Bear Lake, I really need help!!!?

Question

I'm going to Big Bear this week and we are gonna fish at Big Bear Lake but I don't know what bait to bring. Please help me out and if you know any good websites please tell me.

the trout are deep the bass are on weedlines and the drop offs close to shorelines with sand. the catfish will be uop in the back end closest to the airport. If you are in a boat close to the dam in the deepest areas you might even find a brown on the bottom but they are big and they are down deep in the cold water. I would use a half a night crawler threaded on and two salmon eggs to hold it on a circle hook and start at the bottom in the middle and work up from the bottom counting cranks as you both move the boat away from the dam and up the thermocline. Big Crickets and grass hoppers might work on the bottom as well....
