Fishing in florida?

Just wondering..... do i have to have a fishing license if i am staying in florida for a week? do they have temporary fishing licenses?

It depends on your age, but mostly yes and they do sell nonresident temporary licenses good for 1, 3, & 7 days. Unless you are fishing on a charter and the charter boat has a group license, then you won't need one. My buddy has one for his boat and it covers his clients. Anyhow, have a great time in Florida and catch a bunch!!!

If you are fishing off of state piers you do not need one.
