there is this fishing lure that got banned from 4 states because people over fished lakes with it, it changes colors to imitate fish and so no fish recognizes it, whats the name of it and were can i find it

its called the the Bite Light, and is available at www.ngcsports.com/gear or call 1-800-873-4415 and ask for the Bite Light (Item # kbl). I'm pretty sure this is the only company in the states that sell it.
