  2. wow...don't punch your friends in the face. Technique is overall important. learning kinetic linking (moving your body in the right way to generate maximum power. floor-foot-legs-hips-torso-fist) that'll improve your impact alot.

if you're looking to straight up strengthen your hand then go the all around approach and experiment with iron palm training. start with a beginner bag that you can find at most martial arts sites (they're filled with beans for easy impact) and start palm, side of the hand, back of the hand, wrist, back, side, palm, fingers, palm. break it down 10 on each side and build it up from there. you'll be amazed at the strength you can generate from your hand.

important note: remember when iron palm training to invest in medicine for your hand. Dit Dat Jow is a great chinese herbal balm that heals and prevents bruising so you can continue your training nearly every day

  3. i have no idea.

  4. knuckle pushups are a good way to deaden the cells on the fist so u can punch harder. but hey, to knock someone out, u just gotta study a human's weak points. ( the smart way to fight)

    anyhow good luck :)

  5. You should NEVER c**k back when you punch

    That just WEAKENS you punch

So if you want just use a punching bag so that you

can practice you punches NEVER PUNCH STRAIGHT

    Only when you JAB!

Jabbing is used to see the distance you are

    from your opponent

Once you know its a good time to punch

lung forward with a punch and continue with

    the next

If you try and understand what I'm saying its REAL easy!!

Try TWISTING your fist when you PUNCH

You get a better and stronger punch

Don't curve a punch, you'll end up missing MOST times

    and hurt your shoulders

And as for getting your fist stronger  try putting wrist weights

since it makes you punches slower and

as you get use-to the weights you

can "exercise" you fist and can take more

    pain towards the knuckle! ^__^

  6. You wonder why "the thing that i punch dont get any effect..." and you also say that you've "been punching walls..."

Think about that for a bit.

I can't tell you what the "right" way to punch would be, since I don't exactly know how you're hitting your wall. (which seems kind of silly by the way, why aren't you punching a bag, or some kind of padding?)

Get professional training if you don't already have, and you really want to learn this stuff.

    Force = Mass x Acceleration

The impact of your punch is the result of the mass in your body, multiplied by the acceleration of your movement. What does that mean? Your blows depend on both your body, and your skill. If you already have enough muscle to give a good punch, you still need someone to show you how.

The best advice I could give you, is if you want your punch to have more power, you need to "throw" your weight, by twisting you hips to follow through with your punch.

  7. hit wall every single day, around 20 times, carefull with ur hand, if u hit ur hand when the hand still hurt, that will only cause more damage, so make a rest day, and within a few months try punch ur friends face, who willing to give their face, u will see, ur fist become hard as a rock

  8. i don't know about proper.  but i know if you train hardcore your skin will get tough.  i met this guy who's feet could walk on spikes.  i swear

  9. You do not need to harden your fist. you need only to learn to punch correctly and to hit the right target.

I've been there done that, not needed!

  10. all that punching of immoveable objects will get you artheritis prematurely for sure. no matter how hard or toughened your knuckles get, if you don't have any power to put behind your punches, you won't effect anything you punch.
