is it good to eat eggs after the workout at the gym??

  1. YES. a great eating schedule is to eat carbs before the gym and to eat protein after.

    It depends. Usually before practice, cereal or oatmeal. After practice, it's eggs, and a bunch of protein.".


  2. No it's not good to eat lots of eggs.

    The yolk in the eggs is high in fatty acids, and although beneficial in small amounts because of the omega 3 in the yolk, it is infact harmful to your heart and body condition.

    If you just eat the whites, they're good for you though.
