  1. fitness, stanniner,, flexibitly, strnth, power :)

  2. 1. Balance – is one main point by either standing stable or on the move is balance. And in balance your most important thing is your approach so it has to be strong and solid. Because if you make a move or shot but have no balance you could or will fall or even your opponent could hit you and catch you off balance which leaves you on the floor in the start of the race. And the balance whilst moving e.g. running/jumping has to be perfect in this sport so very important components of fitness.
    2. Power – you need power through-out this sport e.g. you kick off at the start, whilst running and jumping the hurdles. This is one of the most important components. Power gives you a combination of strength and speed.
    3. Anaerobic endurance - It requires a high level of anaerobic endurance from   doing alot of speed endurance work in training, hurdling skill and stride pattern (between hurdles).
    4. Speed – could be used also to dodge or movement in training/fight so you could beat your opponent by being faster (Speed). Also to move around the ground faster.
    5. Cardio-respiratory Endurance - The ability (of the body) to continue to give oxygen and nutrients and remove waste products to and from the body cells over periods of time e.g. to last longer and more rounds of tae kwon-do.
    6. Reaction time - Make sure you have your steps down perfectly in time If you stutter step a hurdle or miss time your jumps you have a disadvantage in the race.
