Fitness. I can't seem to get my lazy **** up to do any exercise!?

Ive been havin the problem where ive gone down hill...I used to be fit and healthy but now i can't seem to have the willpower to go out and exercise! I always feel too tired and grumpy to do it and i'm only 15 (soon to be 16). I don't like to exercise on my own but i think i'm gonna have to learn to.I want to go back to my old athletics club but im not fit enough!! Any advice on how to increase my fitness easily? Thankyouuuu =]

  1. Find an activity that you really enjoy and you'll tone up, get fitter and once the feel good factor hits you, you'll get the inner strength and interest you need to get back into training as well...

    Loads of activities to chose from that can include friends so you dont need to do it alone.

    WII Fit, Swimming, Dancing, There's a whole world of things to do out there.... good luck


  2. get an mp3 player - stick on ya favorite tunes and go running.

    the hardest part of running is getting off ya *** and getting out the house. once youve started its easy.


  3. Becoming fit is not easy, but its not that difficult easier.  The difficulty is making yourself get off your butt and exercising.

  4. There is no easy way to do it.  If you can't join your old club, how about getting a group of your friends to go jogging with you for motivation?  Or get a wii fit if you can find one!
