Fitness center near Stuttgart airport? One time use only.?

Fitness Center in Stuttgart allowing one-time access?

I am in Stuttgart tonight only... staying at ahotel near the airport. On the website, the hotel advertised a fitness center but now I see there is none.

Do you know of any in the area that let you have access for only one time?
