  1. Mate i train the NRL Referees and previously for a club in the Premier League competition. I am not allowed to disclose the club but they are in the NRL. Let me tell you that going for Jogs will not help you get it for Rugby League. You need to work your anaerobic threshold and by doing that you need to incorporate short high intesnity work within your training schedule. I would suggest 10 x 40m sprints followed by "malcolms" and shuttles. Some people call them suicides. It looks like you are weak when defending so 3 times a week doing an upper body weights program should increase your upper body fitness and be much stronger when defending.

  2. sounds like "Mark L" has lowered his IQ 50 points from 50 to 0. he might be beating himself up or ramming his own head into something.. .what vc said or look up a program to improve stamina any training you do should replicate a game high intensity for short periods.

  3. 1. Get drunk a lot

    2. Ram your head into a post about 50 times a day

    3. Squash your ears every day until they become cauliflower

    4. Lower your IQ by about 50 points

    5. Take heaps of steroids (but tell everyone you eat 7 bananas a day)

    6. Beat up a few people in a club (after byou have urinated in the ashtray)

If you do all this you should be ready to become a normal rugby league player

  4. Start a work out schedual if you don't already have one. Try to make it for once every other day. If you train too often, you'll wear out your muscles. Try jogging in the morning if you haven't done so already. It's great for endurance plus it builds character. Besides that, just eat healthy, sleep right and you'll be good to go.

    Good luck!
