Fitness training program? advises? opinions?

hello all. hope u can help me with this one. if ure into strength training or fitness training. just need your opinions. thanks. what do u think of a man who weights 170lbs/77kg and benchpress 156lbs/71kg 25 times in a row. 25 reps. what do u think of that? for his weight. thanks.

  1. that is pretty much what i bench press.i'm only 72kg.i am also strong for my size though.it just means your muscles have developed better and you have better inner strength.my friend is huge and while he can lift more than me he can't sustain it.just bcoz muscle are huge doesn't mean they are strong.there are 3 main fibres in your muscles.if u train properly you develop all of them and get stronger(as you and i have) if u don't you get the size but not the strength you should have.
