Fitting my pool table in?

ok im getting a pool table in like a months time and my bedroom is 20ft long by 14ft wide but there is a wardrobe in the wide bit which takes about 1ft and abit off but thts not to bad... anyway i was wondering if that is ok for a pool table long ways im fine and i have no problem there just worried about if its to small width way(the way the pool table is pointing like 7ft way) im thinking of getting 7ft but is 8ft good... and width i think it will be 4ft wide... and the pool table points width ways instead of long wways if u no wat i mean, so which is best to get or will niether fit?

Here's a room chart. You actually have plenty of room for a 9' table if you want one, but a smaller table will give you a little bit of breathing room. If I were you I'd move the wardrobe against the long wall, but if it's only taking up a foot, worst case scenario you'll have to use a short cue when you're up against the rail on that side.

I think it will be a little to tight on the width I wish you well but I think you will be a little dispointed
