Five Slots In Football Girdle?

In my football girdle I have 5 sleeves and I dont know what to put in them, Like the tail bone pad is ok and the weird hip thing one is ok too. What about the other 2?

Two for hips, two for thighs, one for tail bone. That's 5 slots.

You need to have padding in all five slots. If a ref sees that you don't, you can't play.

You need to have a mouth piece also.

The jock-strap doesn't go in the girlde. It's seperate.
