  1. In my area, there's a negative impact by:

    a. Not enough revenue, therefore a lack of employment opportunities which leads to homelessness, and other financial issues

    b. Not enough housing zones, which also impacts living conditions

    c. Drug Use

    d. Trespassing

    e. Theft


  2. Crime or a jail built in your neighborhood, the area is not well kept, meaning no maintenance to the grounds, Unruly neighbors, Pitiful grocery stores or store in general and a underprivileged school system.

  5. People who linger around the shops creating havoc when they really need to get a life and get out of their own town/village. Not spending their Friday night around the local Spar.

Big intimidating groups of "youth" hanging about and being gobby and causing trouble, rubbish being dumped everywhere, graffitti (i cant spell that), stupid little boys and the tarty girls who hang about with them to drive up and down in their crappy cars with massive loud exhausts and thumping dance music, people not picking up after their dogs(a personal peev!). is thia the sort of stuff u mean?? id hate any of this being close to where i live!!!
