  1. I have not tried them but from what I understand they do not taste good at all. Also they seem to work no better or worse than other energy drinks.

If you seriously want a healthy energy drink and want taste too then try XS Energy. They also have the largest variety and have 100% guarantee.

They pioneered using B vitamins to give energy 6 years ago and now companies like 5 Hour are following suit. They have 0 sugar, 0 carbs, and 8 calories. There is 10 great tasting flavors and 3 of them have caffeine free versions. Don't worry even the caffenated ones don't have a jacked up amount of caffeine like most energy drinks do. If you don't like them return the unused portion for free and get your full purchase price refunded.

All of this is why they are the fastest growing and the 2nd largest selling in the country.

  2. They can't possibly work, unless it's 90 percent psychological. Even the strongest cup of coffee (or espresso) won't keep you going for more than an hour or two. I prefer Starbucks Double Shots.

  3. i actually took an energy shot today, called nitro2go. Basic energy drinks generally do not work on me, so i was really skeptical that this would, but it really did give me a huge burst of energy. On the down side, i was so wired that i couldnt focus at all. It was supposed to be one of those no crash 5-7 hour things, but i did crash after 5 hours. good luck

  4. You shouldn't drink energy drinks period. Coffee and tea are ok because without sugar or milk they have no calories and lower amounts of natural caffeine. Energy drinks are loaded with way too much sugar, caffeine, and B vitamins. In extreme cases people have gone to the hospital with caffeine over doses from that stuff. Best to stay away from it.

  5. Yes, they do work. I'm a waitress and i've  noticed that most of my co-workers thrive off of Redbull, but I prefer the energy shots when I need them. I don't suggest making it an everyday thing, though. It doesn't hit you automatically, It's a feeling that creeps up on you. You probably won't notice the extra energy until probably about thirty minutes after you drink the shot.
