I don't know if they are 5-star restaurants, but I like Hélène de Champlain and Le Parchemin. Hélène de Champlain is not far from the Parc-Jean-Drapeau metro station on Ile-Ste-Hélène. Le Parchemin is on University Street in downtown Montreal, about halfway between Ste-Catherine Street and de Maisionneuve Boulevard.
