Fix ,water coming out under wall, meter not moving, could it be water stack up from rains, before fixing ro?

Hi,You could have a water leak in the line coming into the house.Is your water clean ,not cloudy or muddy? I would call your local water department and have them check it out. Good Luck.

Yes it could be the water line before the meter has ruptured. Or it could be rain too. Did it rain like mad recently? Rain wouldn't just stack up. It would have to be a storm with lots of rain. Call you water utility and ask them to shut the water off to the house asap. If the water clears up in about an hour you know then its the water line.
