I can't get a DMOC or Magician's Valkyria but I was thinking about getting Bait Doll and 2x Cold Waves but I'm not sure what I should take out if I get them.

you are very heavy on the spell cards - definitely get rid of one of those...perhaps even 2...which cards do you use the least?  those are the ones you should remove.
