hard to help with a list like that but ill try the main idea of a water deck is 2 use legendary ocean to power down monsters than terokking samon and goga gagaigo can be played as level 4 mosters tribe infecting virus is banned btw cthonian blast isnt that good mad lobster take out mucas yolk take out the aqua and neo aqua madoors arnt that helpful space manbo isnt that great but for a really good water deck go to yahoo or google and type in yugioh wikia then in yugioh wikia search type deck types and look under A for legendary ocean deck
