Fixing a new electrical lead

Question

i burnt the lead of my toaster, i would like to try and renew the lead but the screws in the bottom of the toaster are triangular shaped, so cant get it off. Are there any suitable screwdrivers to remove them and if so would it be straight forward to renew the lead?
