I have an epson 811p powerlite projector with a new bulb so i really dont want to upgrade and it is doing a good job for me in the Home Theater and Video game room in my house but there is a stuck pixle in the upper left corner of the screen and i have tried the Jscren fix or something like that where it displays a lot of colors at the same time but that didnt work so i am wondering if there are any other ways. Pixle massage seems not practicle because i dont want to go taking it apart but any thoughts would be nice. Thanks

  1. cant fix it....

  2. Since you don't want to do a pixel massage, the best thing to do is to take the projector to an authorized repair location and have them massage out the dead pixel for you, this way, if something does happen, it's their fault and you may be able to get a free new projector from them, also, if the dead pixel massage dosen't work, they could always replace the LCD panel in the projector for you

  3. It's a dead pixel. You just have to live with it. Sorry.
