My dentist said invisalign would not work for me. Any alternatives to fixing my top teeth/gaps....without braces?? Anything discreet or cheaper?

  1. why doesn't invisalign work for you? I mean my teeth are terrible and I ahve them.........

  2. My sister had a gap in front teeth and fixed it with a retainer but her teeth were really straight except for the gap. I think braces would be the cheapest way to fix it because the only other alternative would be porcelain veneers which would be way more expensive.

  3. Your dentist is right about Invisalign in your case. The post above suggesting veneers is another option - quick and a bit expensive here. Other than that make google search for Save on Dentistry Abroad and make your choice from out of the results produced that suits you most.

  4. sounds ur best option is laminate (its outer surface coverage of front teeth) but it will make them bit bigger, braces will close this gap, but will create another gap behind, follow the link to see how it works

  5. I would just get the braces if I was you. I actually wore braces twice. The first time I had them for 3 years and the second time I had them was for 8 months. I had a space to open back up because I didn't wear my retainer like I was supposed to. I looked into invisalign but my orthodontist told me it would take too long as cost twice as much as the braces. I even thought about porcelain veneers but my dentist talked me out of it because unfortunately veneers do not last forever. Braces is really the best way to go. I really didn't want to wear braces again but some how my dentist managed to talked me into it. I'm so glad he did because I just got my braces off 3 months ago and my teeth look so much better.
