  1. It makes no difference whether you bring glasses or cans.  All commercial airline cargo holds are pressurized.  You'll have more of an issue from the liquids being jostled around than from any atmospheric changes.  Think about what happens when you shake a can/bottle of a carbonated liquid and then go to open it.   It'll be much more important that you package everything very well.  Remember that there are no guarantees  your luggage will be handled in a gentle manner.  As a general rule,  if you can drop your suitcase from a height of 5'-0" and nothing breaks you should be fine.  Is there a particular reason that you need to take these items with you?  Might be better if you simply purchased them when you arrive at your destination.

  2. bottles would be better than cans. cans can change shape with different pressures and the bottoms will probably poof out making them round.

if you want to take cans bring them on your carryon so they are with you in the cabin where the pressure is constant.

  3. You don't need to worry about anything. Your luggage is in a pressurized compartment just like the cabin. This means it will never go above 8000ft above sea level. For a bag of potato chips to pop I had to go to 15000ft in a non presurized plane above sea level and cans is a lot more rigged than a foil bag.
