  2. You can get belly dancing videos at Target/Wal Mart/ Kmart for about $10, I believe.

    I recommend something aside from crunches, because they usually p**s you off and hurt your back.

    Belly dancing is an amazing exercise and it's actually a lot of fun.

    If you have big hips, losing a little weight off of them will give you some excellent curves.

  3. ok i used to have the same problem

    for your flabby sides stand up straight and for both sides of your body, take your arm and try to reach your knee with still having your legs straight[i dont know if i explained that good, but you will feel your hip area strething]

    do that for about 5 minutes each day for 1 week and you will see results. continue if you stll need to thin it more.

    for stomach, just do sit ups! it works.  and try not eating too much, and drink lots of water.
