Flame off Marbles?

Question

Wondering if anybody could tell me what a "flame off" marble is? Aparently there is a group of competions for these types of marbles. I am a marble collector and can't find anything online about them!

It's when peolpe make their own marbles , like people who make their own beads. It's the procees they use to makes Beads ,but now are using it to make Marbles . Sounds Really Cool ;)))
