Flaming Danish DnD?

A friend and I are working to create a new crazy campaign for DnD, and we are both working on creating characters that test the rules of DnD

My idea is a character that has a proficiency in baking (aka a baker) and uses flaming (or other enhancements) upon pastries (aka a flaming danish).

The two rules are that the character has to be a legit possibility in the rules of DnD and he has to be able to deal damage output that is comparable to a *normal* class (by default this guy could just be using all implemented weaponry, but thus his damage would be in the negatives practically).

Anyone practiced in DnD help me win this case please!
