Flash drive problem. When I try to use the flash drive I get a message that says:  Disk in

When I try to use the flash drive I get a message that says:  Disk in drive F is not formatted.  Do you want to format it now?

 

But I have had this flash drive for a while now and I have not had this problem before. 

 

Is there any way that I can retrieve that data and files from this flash drive?
