Flash is not working for Astra pix 570

Question

hi, i am sandip from satara . i have Astra pix 570 but when i try to ON flash my camera suddenly it will get off .i am using full charged battery cell& also i reset my Camera setting so many times but still it is not working.please give me ideas for getting flash on ,my cell no is 9970066991 or my mail ID is :[e-mail] Waiting for Your Reply.........
