Flashing Helio Ocean to Another Network???

I have a Helio Ocean and I don't want Alltel Anymore. I don't want Cricket becuase they're no reception were I live. Does anybody know where or how I could flash a Helio Ocean either to Verizon, Virgin Mobile or Trumpet Mobile. I would really aprecciate it. Thanks!

  1. what i want to know is how you have alltel on your ocean i thought only helio carried the phone it's in the name go to http://www.heliocity.net/ they can probably help
