Flashing red, yellow, green traffic lights?

Hi,

Can someone please tell me the difference between steady and flashing lights for all colors? I know it for steady lights, but flashing lights, I couldn't find some concrete info.

I am in AB, Canada.

red flashing lights means that you can go whenever you want.

that goes for yellow flashing lights too.

ive never seen green flashing lights though, but i think it means the same as the yellow and red.

Flashing Red: treat it like a stop sign

Flashing Yellow : proceed with caution

Never seen or heard of a flashing green before
